Before entering our soothing treatment rooms for your first visit, we will ask you to complete a brief questionnaire describing your previous cosmetic experiences and any major illnesses that you might have. To save time, you may view, print and fill in the questionnaire (PDF) to bring with you to your appointment.
The aesthetician will then evaluate your skin and discuss appropriate treatments with you. You may consider a full facial treatment for your first visit, with concentration on specific areas at subsequent visits. Alternatively, you may prefer to have a spot treatment during the first visit. The aesthetician will then select the appropriate La Fleur® crèmes or gels for your procedure.
Your choice of soothing background music complements the mood of our treatment rooms (or, you can choose to have no music), which are furnished with new, luxury Oakworks® spa beds.
Facials take about an hour and a half to complete. The cost for spot treatments will be based on the amount of time anticipated for your particular problem. The

Cancellation Policy
Our time is your time. We never like to rush you, or to keep you waiting, so we’ve set aside time just for you. Please contact us at least 48 hours prior to your appointment if you need to reschedule or cancel, or we will need to charge you for the missed appointment.
